Domestic Shipping
- All orders above $150 are shipped Free within the United States. We offer Free shipping in India for all orders above INR 5000.
- We offer Standard shipping within the US for orders up to $150 for a flat charge of $10. Standard shipping typically takes 2-10 business days for arrival after processing.
- We offer Priority shipping for $25 within the United States. Orders take 2-3 business days after processing.
- We charge flat shipping fee of INR 200 for orders less than INR 5000 in India.
International Shipping
- We charge a flat rate of $20 for worldwide shipping on all orders.
*** Note: For international customers, the VAT/Import Duty/Local Taxes are to be borne by the customers, as it varies from country to country based on the local governing policies. These VAT/Import Duty/Local Taxes are to be paid to the courier partner during the time of delivery. These charges are in addition to the price paid while placing the order.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and are encouraged to check them prior to submitting an order. Once a package has been shipped, we cannot redirect it. Anvi Couture is not responsible for, nor able to refund or replace orders shipped to the incorrect address.
DELAYED/MISSING PARCEL:
All our parcels are shipped through trusted shipping partners.
In case of a delay in the delivery, kindly contact us so we can help figure out why the parcel was delayed.
Note that once the product is dispatched from our facility it will take a few days for delivery depending on the delivery location. The period of transit is not in our control and can fluctuate due to unforeseeable reasons.
Once we receive the order, we ship within 2 business working days. If the alteration is required, we may take additional time which will be communicated over the phone or email.

How do I exchange or return my order?
Exchanges - Certain types of items cannot be returned, like customized outfits. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Return - You can return your unused and unworn products within 30 days of receiving your items.
