All our shipments are done from our warehouse in India.
Q2: How fast can you ship the products?
All ready-to-order products take 2-3 business days to process. In case your products need alterations, we will take additional days to process, which will be communicated to you on email.
Alteration is available for an extra cost which will be communicated to you on email depending on the complexity of alteration to be done. Please email us at support@anvicouture.com.
Customized orders can take 5 to 8 weeks or more depending on available fabrics and intense designs, but we will update the progress of work from time to time over email or via phone calls.
Q3: What is your Shipping rate for Domestic orders?

Q4: What is your Shipping rate for international orders?
- We charge a flat rate of $20 for worldwide shipping on all orders.

For international shipment, VAT/Import Duty/Local Taxes are to be borne by the customers, as it varies from country to country based on local governing policies. These charges are in addition to the price paid while placing the order, and are to be paid to the courier partner during the time of delivery.
Q5: Which countries do you deliver to?
You can see whether we deliver products to your country when you check out through our website. We regret if your country is not currently listed in our destination list, as we will add more markets in the future.
Q6: How do I know what duties and taxes are for my international shipment?
Your countries may have local taxes, VAT, or customs duties (for a value exceeding a certain limit). These are country-specific charges you must pay during the delivery of the shipment. Our shipping charges do not include these.
Q7: How long does it take for my Pick-Up In-Store order to be ready?
We will intimate you as per your preferred communication method once the order will be ready to hand over.
Q8: What will happen if I provide incorrect delivery information?
You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and are encouraged to check them prior to submitting an order. Once a package has been shipped, we cannot redirect it. Anvi Couture is not responsible for, nor able to refund or replace orders shipped to the incorrect address.
Q9: How does Anvi Couture handles delayed/missing parcel?
All our parcels are shipped through trusted shipping partners.
In case of a delay in the delivery, kindly contact us at support@anvicouture.com so we can help figure out why the parcel was delayed.
Note that once the product is dispatched from our facility it will take a few days for delivery depending on the delivery location. The period of transit is not in our control and can fluctuate due to unforeseeable reasons.
Once we receive the order, we ship within 2 business working days. If the alteration is required, we may take additional time which will be communicated over the phone or email.
Q10: My tracking number says my order is delivered, but I cannot find it.
If your package has not arrived on the desired delivery date, please contact the delivery partner to open a trace ID number. Once you have a trace ID number, please contact us with the trace ID information. We will follow up with you within 2-3 business days with updates and the next steps. In addition, we recommend checking with your neighbors to see if they accidentally received your package. It can take up to two weeks to replace lost merchandise while we investigate with the delivery partner. Anvi Couture is not responsible for lost packages reported more than 3 weeks past the delivery date.

If you're not available for the video appointment, you can simply reschedule it for a more convenient time. Our aim is to make this process as flexible and easy as possible for you.
Q17: How long does it take for the items to be delivered?
Once our designer has curated your list, we aim to deliver the items as soon as possible. However, the delivery time may vary depending on your location and the outfits that you choose. Ready to ship items can be dispatched quickly, but for customized products please allow 4-6 weeks as it takes that long to create a customized outfit and dispatch it to you.
Q18: What if I don't like the items delivered?
If for any reason you're not satisfied with the items delivered, please refer to our return policy. Please write to us at support@anvicouture.com and we will try our best to make it work for you.
Q19: Is there a fee for this service?
Our personalized shopping service is completely FREE. You only pay for the items you decide to keep. There are no hidden fees or charges.

Q21: How do I share product links with my friends & family?

Q22: Can I do a machine wash of my outfits and Saree?
Wash care information is already provided with the outfits and Sarees but as a general guideline, we recommend dry wash for all the dresses and Sarees for longevity.
