Our Bespoke Craftsmanship Policy

At Anvi Couture, each garment is thoughtfully custom-created to celebrate individuality, artistry, and refined craftsmanship. By proceeding with an order, you acknowledge and accept our terms and conditions.

1. Design Finalization: Each garment is crafted strictly as per the design details approved by you, including neckline, sleeves, back design, and embellishments. To preserve design integrity and production quality, no changes can be accommodated once fabric cutting and stitching have commenced.

2. Measurements & Fit: All measurements provided by you are followed with precision. Fit preferences are selected from our defined categories to maintain clarity. As each piece is made exclusively to order, fit concerns arising from client-provided measurements are not eligible for remake or refund.

3. Alterations*: A one-time complimentary minor alteration (up to 1 inch) may be requested within 15 days of delivery to refine the fit. Any alteration requests beyond this period, as well as major modifications or redesigns, will be treated as a new bespoke order and charged accordingly. 

4. Fabric Character & Behavior: Fabric quality or texture, including thickness, strength, and smoothness, may vary between batches of sample products. We cannot guarantee that the same fabric will be available for new orders. For custom-made orders, no guarantees are provided regarding these natural variations, and once the product is made, it is non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged.

5. Client-Provided Fabric: When the client supplies fabric, it is accepted strictly on an “as-is” basis. While every reasonable care is taken during handling, Anvi Couture cannot be held responsible for the fabric’s performance, durability, or any results arising during cutting, stitching, embroidery, pressing, or finishing. Anvi Couture shall not be liable for any disputes arising from these factors, and all payments made for such orders are strictly non-refundable.

6. Color: Slight color variations between sample products and new items may occur due to the natural dyeing process. For custom-made orders, no guarantees are provided regarding these variations. Once the product is made, it is non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged.

7. Hand Embroidered: Hand embroidery is an artisan craft, so slight variations in pattern alignment, motif spacing, or stitch density are natural and expected from sample products. Made-to-order hand-embroidered products are non-returnable, non-refundable, not exchangeable, and not eligible for remake.

8. Delivery Timelines: Timelines shared are estimates and may vary based on design complexity, artisan processes, and production factors. We value your patience as we prioritize craftsmanship over speed.

9. Returns & Refunds: As each garment is individually made to order, custom creations are non-returnable, non-refundable, and not eligible for remake once production has begun.
