T&Cs for In-Store Purchases

1. Final Sale: All in-store purchases are considered final sale. Customers are kindly requested to inspect the product carefully before purchase, as returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted.

2. Flexible Payment Option: Products can be booked with an advance payment, and the remaining balance must be cleared within 60 days from the booking date.

3. Order Cancellation: Customers may cancel their booking within 15 days. In such cases, 10% of the advance amount will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

4. Order Forfeiture: If the payment is not completed or the order is not collected within 60 days, the order will be automatically cancelled, and 50% of the advance amount will be deducted.
